The Dubuque Community YMCA/YWCA will reopen Monday at 7 am. Danielle Shea, Director of Marketing & Communications, says they will be taking a phased approach to opening. Shea says they will continue following recommendations made by the governor, health experts, local officials, and DHS. Some of the areas that remain closed for now include, youth and adult locker rooms, hot tub, saunas, both pools and whirlpool. Social distancing will be in order for now as well. For more information on the reopening rules at the YMCA go to www.dubuquey.org.
