Wisconsin schools will remain closed for in-person instruction and extracurricular activities until at least April 24th under the “Safer At Home” order issued Tuesday by Gov. Tony Evers and the state Department of Health Services. This week, The Southwestern School District began on-line classes or “virtual learning”. Superintendent John Costello says students have access to their lessons and assignments via Google Classroom. Costello says the teachers are conducting class from home. Some parents have expressed concern about the level of work and what their responsibilities are but, the majority of feedback to the online class has been positive.
