United Way of Dubuque-Grants

A local non-profit will be looking for grant requests soon. Jessica Bleile, Director of Community Building & Impact for United Way of Dubuque Area Tri-States, says they have completed the design work and systems necessary for a competitive grant process for non-profits which opens in January of 2020. Bleile says there will be a pair of Community Training/Discussion meetings this week, one on Tuesday,  10 am-12 pm Keystone AEA (2310 Chaney Road) and one on Friday. Attendance one day is highly encouraged, Please RSVP jessica.bleile@dbqunitedway.org.  President/CEO, Danielle Peterson says they are assisting nearly three dozen organizations and any non-profit that aligns with their pillars are welcome to apply for funding. The United Way now focuses on needs around health, education and income/financial stability. For more information go online to dbqunitedway.org/community-impact-grant-application.
