Tuna Steak Tuna Noodle Casserole

1 16 oz. pkg. wide egg noodles, cooked according to package directions
3-4 (4 or 5 oz.) tuna steaks, cooked and cut into bite size chunks
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 (10.5 oz.) cans cream of celery soup
½ cup milk
1 (10 oz.) bag frozen peas
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
15-18 Ritz crackers, crushed

Preheat oven to 375-degrees F.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles, salt, pepper, soup, milk, peas and tuna. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Add tuna mixture to baking dish and spread evenly. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and then top with crushed Ritz crackers. Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes. Remove and serve hot.
