Three Charged with Forgery

The Dubuque Police Department has arrested three men for forgery and other charges. On July 10th, around 1:48 pm, officers were dispatched to Kohl’s, on N.W. Arterial, for a subject attempting to pass a fake $100 bill. A plainclothes officer attempted to make contact with the suspect in the parking lot as he entered a vehicle. The suspect and two others then fled in the vehicle from the parking lot, driving recklessly onto the N.W.
