Slow Cooker Sweet Jalapeno BBQ Pulled Pork
3-4 lbs. Pork Sirloin end roast
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon paprika
½ bottle Pine Ridge Jalapeno BBQ sauce
Season pork with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika.
Add to slow cooker. Cook on low 7-8 hours. Remove pork and shred with two forks. Return to slow cooker and add Jalapeno BBQ sauce and mix well. Heat through and serve.
