St. Louis Style Pork Ribs 

Ribs:

2-3 racks of St. Louis style pork ribs

2 cups Barbecue sauce 

Dry Rub:

1 ½ tsp. Kosher salt

2 tsp. black pepper

2 tbsp. paprika

1 tbsp. garlic powder

½ tsp. cayenne pepper

2 tsp. dried oregano

1 tbsp. brown sugar 

In a medium size bowl, combine the dry rub ingredients.  Mix well.  Rub both sides of the ribs with the rub.  Let ribs rest about 15 minutes.  

Preheat oven to 350-degrees F.  Place oven rack in the middle.  Wrap ribs in aluminum foil.  Place ribs on a baking sheet and bake for 2 hours.  Remove the ribs from oven, unwrap and generously brush with barbecue sauce.  Loosely close the aluminum foil and return to the oven and bake an additional 20-25 minutes.  Remove from oven.  Let rest 5-10 minutes.  Cut into individual serving sizes and serve.
