Shredded Chicken Sandwiches

Shredded Chicken Sandwiches 

6-7 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 10.5 oz. cans cream of chicken soup

½ cup chicken broth

3 sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed

1 cup sour cream

1 ½ tsp. poultry seasoning

2 tsp. chicken bouillon paste dissolved in 1/2 cup water

6 oz. pkg. Stove Top Stuffing (chicken variety)

Salt & pepper

Buns for serving 

To a large slow cooker, add 1 can cream of chicken soup and ½ cup chicken broth.  Mix well.  Add chicken.  Season with salt and pepper and stir to coat.  Cover high 3- 4 hours.  Remove chicken to a plate and let cool.  When cool,  shred chicken.  Add shredded chicken back to crock along with the remaining ingredients, except buns.  Stir to combine.  Cover and cook on low an additional 1-2 hours.  Serve hot on buns.
