Sea Dogs are a battered cod filet, shaped like a giant fish stick, served on hot dog buns, and topped with your favorite condiments like, Mose’s Tarter sauce, American cheese, ketchup, onions, jalapeno’s, etc. Just about anything you’d put on a hot dog, would likely work well with Sea Dogs, which are available at Cremer’s Grocery on Rhomberg Avenue.
And, the potatoes are Seasoned French Fries which you can pick up at Cremer’s as well as breaded mushrooms, breaded cheese curds, and more.
And, all of these will cook up perfectly in your oven or your Air Fryer.
I’d recommend cooking the sea dogs at 425-degrees F for 30-35 minutes, turning once. Cook the season fries at the same time and temp, and stir once or twice.
