Race organizers are busy gearing up for the 11th annual Run 4 Troops Marathon this Saturday on the Heritage Trail between Dubuque and Dyersville. The event has grown each and every year….in fact the capacity for runners has been reached with 1500 or more expected to participate. In years past, the event started at the trailhead in Dyersville ending at the Heritage Pond in Dubuque, but one of the race organizers Connie Bandy-Hodge says this year because of a new format, the race will begin and end at Heritage Pond.
