Pulled BBQ Chicken Sandwiches 

4-5 lbs. Frozen, boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt and Pepper, to taste

1 large onion, thinly sliced

4 cloves garlic, chopped

2 cups BBQ sauce

¾ cup apple cider vinegar

¼ cup hot sauce

Sliced Colby/Jack cheese


In a large slow cooker, add frozen chicken breasts, salt, pepper, onion, garlic, apple cider vinegar, and hot sauce.  Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours.  Remove chicken and shred with two forks.  Return to slow cooker.  Add BBQ Sauce, and heat on low for 30 minutes, or until warm.  Serve on rolls with a slice of Colby/Jack cheese.
