Oven Baked Pork Back Ribs

Oven Baked Pork Back Ribs

4 racks pork back ribs

2 cups Cremer’s barbeque sauce

Dry Rub

½ cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 tablespoon chili powder

2 teaspoons cumin

2 tablespoons paprika

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 275-degrees F.  In a small bowl, mix all dry rub ingredients and set aside.

Rinse pork ribs and pat dry with paper towel.  Remove the membrane from the back of ribs.  Spread dry rub all over the ribs, covering both sides.  Place ribs, meat side up, on a large baking sheet, or large baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.  Place ribs in oven and cook for 3 hours.  Brush ribs with barbecue sauce, then return to oven, uncovered for 20-30 minutes.  Remove and let rest 5-10 minutes before cutting into serving size portions, about 2-3 ribs each.
