Oven Baked Boneless Pork Country Style Ribs
4-5 lbs. Boneless Pork Country style ribs
2 large onions, cut into rings
½ cup beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 cup of Cremer’s BBQ sauce
Preheat oven to 250-degrees F. Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray. Place the onion rings evenly on the bottom of baking sheet. Season ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder and cayenne pepper on all sides. In a medium bowl, mix together the beef broth, Worcestershire and Soy sauce.
Arrange the ribs in a single layer on top of the onions. Pour beef broth mixture evenly over the ribs. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Place in oven and bake for 2 1/2 hours. Remove ribs from the oven and increase the temperature to 400-degrees F. Pour out all the liquid. Baste the ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce, return to oven and bake, uncovered, another 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce is heated through and begins to get a little bit sticky.
