Orange Glazed Pork Tenderloin 

5 lbs. Pork Tenderloin

1 cup orange juice

2 oranges, sliced

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste

1 cup brown sugar

6 teaspoons minced garlic

2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning 

Preheat oven to 400-degrees F and spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray.  Arrange tenderloin on the pan with orange slices under the edges and season with salt and pepper. 

In a medium sauce pan, bring orange juice, brown sugar, minced garlic and Italian seasoning to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until reduced by half, about 5-7 minutes.  Pour mixture over pork tenderloin.

Bake 25-30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 135-140 degrees.  Then switch to broil and cook on low about 5 minutes longer.  Remove and let rest 5-10 minutes.  Slice and serve.
