New York Strip Loin Roast 

5-6 lb. New York Strip Loin Roast

2 tablespoons Olive oil

1 bag Cremer’s “Rub Me Tender” dry rub

1 tablespoon rosemary, crushed 

Preheat oven to 450-degrees F.  Brush strip roast with olive oil.  Season evenly with “Rub me Tender” seasoning and crushed rosemary on all sides.  Place roast on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.  Roast for 15 minutes.  Reduce temperature to 325-degrees F, and roast an additional 1 ¼ hours for medium rare (135 degrees F) doneness.  (145 degrees for medium doneness, 1 ½ – 1 ¾ hours).

Remove from oven to a cutting board and tent with foil.  Let rest 15-20 minutes.  Slice and serve.
