Ham, bacon, egg and hash brown Breakfast Pizza
1 30 oz. pkg. frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
6 eggs, scrambled
10 slices bacon
1 ½ cups diced ham
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Pre-heat oven to 425-degrees F. Spread the shredded hash browns on a large baking sheet and press into a crust shape. Drizzle with butter or margarine and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
While crust is baking, fry bacon until crisp. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Crumble or chop when cool. Make your scrambled eggs and set aside.
Remove the crust from the oven and sprinkle with a little of the shredded cheddar cheese, then top with scrambled eggs. Next, add the bacon and diced ham. (Feel free to add other toppings like diced onion, peppers or mushrooms). Top all with shredded cheddar cheese. Return to oven and bake an additional 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven, cool slightly, slice and serve.
