Dubuque Man Faces Drug Charges In Wisconsin

A Dubuque man faces a laundry list of drug related charges after he and a woman were arrested in the parking lot of a Dickeyville motel last week. On Thursday officers from the Richland-Iowa-Grant Drug Task Force and the Dickeyville police department had 19 year old Tyler Asbell and 22 year old Fallon Murphy under surveillance in the parking lot as the two had outstanding warrants from Iowa. When officers approached the vehicle Asbell attempted to flee, ramming a task force vehicle in the process. Officers searched the car and the hotel room and found a large amount of meth, heroin, cocaine, marijuana, meth candy, scales, baggies, syringes and other items of drug paraphernalia. A handgun was also found in the room. Asbell was in possession of brass knuckles when he was arrested. He faces charges ranging from possession of meth, marijuana, cocaine and heroin with intent to deliver to reckless endangerment safety. It’s not known at this time if Murphy will be charged in the case.
