The Dubuque Food Pantry has seen an increase in need since the coronavirus pandemic started. Manager Theresa Caldwell says they are asking the community for items like soups, canned fruits and tuna but cash or check donations go even further thanks to their buying power. Because of the pandemic, the Boy Scouts annual food drive was cancelled, which last year collected 22,000 pounds of food, and other collection partners like churchs have also been affected. You can donate at the food pantry and checks can be made out to Dubuque Food Pantry at 1598 Jackson Street. For more information, go to their Facebook page.
