3 boneless chicken breasts (frozen)
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1½ cups milk
1 small onion, chopped
3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
2 stalks celery, chopped (optional)
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon poultry seasoning
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons corn starch
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 or 2 tubes refrigerated biscuits (baked according to package directions).
Spray your crockpot with cooking spray. Place potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot. Top with chicken breasts. Add remaining ingredients, through poultry seasoning. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Add frozen mixed vegetables during the last 1 hour of cooking time. Remove chicken breasts and allow to cool slightly. Cut chicken into chunks and return to crockpot. Stir. Mix together water and corn starch and add to crockpot. Mix well and turn heat to high and let cook an additional 30-45 minutes. Serve warm over freshly baked biscuits.
