Crock Pot Italian Swiss Steak 

3-4 lbs. skirt steak, cut into portions and tenderized

1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes

1 28 oz. can diced tomatoes

1 large onion, sliced

2 green bell peppers, sliced

4 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup beef stock or broth

1 ½ teaspoon garlic powder

1 ½ teaspoon onion powder

1 ½ teaspoons oregano

1 ½ teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon pepper

¼ cup apple cider vinegar 

Coat crock pot with cooking spray.  Season both sides of skirt steak with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt and pepper.  Add steak to the bottom of the crock pot.  Top with sliced onions, green bell peppers and minced garlic.  Pour the crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, beef stock and the apple cider vinegar.  Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or on high 4-6 hours.  Serve over rice, mashed potatoes or pasta.  Cover with sauce.  Serve.
