Cremer’s Grocery E-Z Prime Rib recipe and Cremer’s E-Z Whole Beef Tenderloin recipe

Cremer’s E-Z Prime Rib

Ingredients
  • Prime Rib
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Au Jus
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350-375 degrees
  2. Rub with Worcestershire Sauce and marinate at room temperature for 2-3 hours.
  3. Bake uncovered, lean side up, until it starts turning brown. Turn rib over and bake until other side starts to brown and internal temperature is 125-130 degrees. If rib starts getting too brown before reaching temperature, cover with aluminum foil tent.
  4. Remove from oven and let stand 30-60 minutes before slicing.
  5. Prior to slicing, heat oven to 450 degrees and return to oven until outside of rib is hot.
  6. Heat Au Jus in pan on top of stove. If center cuts of rib are too rare, dip slices into hot Au Jus when serving.

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT A MEAT THERMOMETER IS USED.
Cremer’s E-Z Whole Beef Tenderloin

Ingredients
  • 4-4½ lb whole beef tenderloin
  • Cremer’s Rub-Me-Tender Seasoning
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Season tenderloin with Cremer’s Rub-Me-Tender seasoning.
  2. Place tenderloin in roasting pan or on a cookie sheet
  3. Roast tenderloin for 30 minutes or until 130 degrees internal temperature for medium rare (10 minutes additional for medium well).
  4. Remove tenderloin from oven, cover with foil tent, and let rest for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Internal temperature may increase 5-10 degrees while resting due to residual heat.
  6. Slice tenderloin into ¼” – ½” slices. End pieces will be more done and center of roast more rare.
