Blue Cheese Bacon Burgers
3 lbs. Cremer’s lean ground beef
1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
5 oz. blue cheese crumbles
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ teaspoons Cremer’s Rub me Tender seasoning
Toppings: lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mayo, etc.
In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, blue cheese, bacon, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, and rub me tender seasoning until well blended.
Form mixture into 12 patties. Coat grill grates with cooking spray. Heat grill to 350-degrees. Grill burgers 5-6 minutes per side. Serve on burger buns with your favorite garnishments.
Buffalo Mayo Sauce:
½ cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Franks Buffalo Wing Sauce
Mix well. Spread on buns.
