Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap 

1 ½ cups lite Caesar Salad dressing

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¾ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoons lemon juice

4 cups cooked grilled chicken breast (from frozen chicken)

1 ½ cups salad croutons, chopped

1 medium red onion, chopped or sliced thin

1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes, drained

1 head lettuce, chopped

12 flour tortillas 

In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients, except tortillas.  Place about 2/3 cup chicken mixture down the middle of each tortillas and roll up, folding like a burrito, ends in.  Heat a Panini press, or large grill, or large skillet, to medium heat and place each tortilla on grill, press lid down and grill for 1-2 minutes per side.  Remove, slice in half and serve.
