Ritzy Seafood Casserole

1 cup (1 stick) of butter, melted
3 packets of Ritz or Town House crackers (3 rolls from a 16 oz box)
2 lbs. shrimp
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans Campell’s cream of shrimp soup
1 ¼ cup white wine
Hot sauce, several dashes

Preheat oven to 350-degrees F.

Crush crackers and mix with melted butter. Cover the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with ½ the mixture. Place shrimp over crumbs.

Mix soup, wine and hot sauce and pour over shrimp. Top with remaining crackers.

Bake for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
