Open Face Saucy Italian Beef Sandwiches 

3 lbs. Cremer’s Italian Beef

16 slice Provolone cheese

8 Hogie Buns (fresh from Sutter’s baker, available at Cremer’s)

1 jar Marinara Sauce

1 jar “Hot Joey’s” mild Giardiniera (jar-di-nair-a) 

Heat Cremer’s Italian Beef according to directions.  Spread open buns on a large baking sheet.  Top with Italian beef, then add some of Giardiniera, marinara sauce and 2 slices of cheese.  

Turn oven broiler to high.  Place baking sheet on upper rack, close oven door ¾ of the way, and bake until cheese begins to turn slightly brown and bubbly.  Remove from oven and serve.
