Mike's Grilled Gobbler Low-Fat Turkey Burgers

2 pounds Ground Turkey
1/2 cup finely shredded carrot
2 greens onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup sweet green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 teaspoon minced garlic
3 teaspoons Mrs. Dash seasoning , regular
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
3/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup bbq sauce
1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)

Directions-

In a large bowl, mix ground turkey with all ingredients. Go ahead and use your hands to mix it up real well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4-24 hours. The longer they chill, the better the flavor. When ready to grill, shape mixture into 8 patties.

Oil the grill with vegetable oil. Pour some veggie oil on a paper towel, and rub it on the grill. Heat grill to medium heat.

Place patties on grill and cook 12-15 minutes, or until done.

Serve with sliced red onion, fresh lettuce leafs, ketchup, mustard and pickles. Enjoy!
