Zesty Italian Chicken (8/10/2007)

Zesty Italian Chicken

3-4 bone-in chicken breasts (remove skin if desired)
8-10 red potatoes (rinsed and quartered)
1 bottle Zesty Italian salad dressing (lite is fine)
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

In 9 x 13 baking dish, place chicken. Add potatoes. Pour Italian dressing over chicken and potatoes. Sprinkle chicken with Italian seasoning until covered. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese to cover all.

Bake at 375-degrees for 1 hour.
