Sloppy Joe Tater Tot Casserole

1 ½ lbs. ground beef
½ tsp. garlic salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 small sweet onion, diced
1 can corn, drained
1 can Manwich Sloppy Joe Sauce
2 ounces cream cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
¾ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 bag tater tots

Preheat oven to 450-degrees. In a large skillet, add ground beef and season with garlic salt and pepper, then brown with the peppers and onion until the meat is cooked through. Drain the excess fat and return to the heat. Stir in the corn, Manwich, cream cheese, and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook over low heat until the cream cheese is melted.

Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Pour the sloppy Joe mixture into the dish. Top with half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Arrange the tater tots in a single layer over the top of the cheese. Sprinkle the top with remaining shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Serve immediately.
