1 cup shredded swiss cheese
4 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2-1 Cup milk (depending on how thick you like the sauce)

1 cup corn flakes (crushed)
2 tablespoons butter or margarine (melted)

Preheat oven to 400-degrees. In pan over medium-low heat, melt 4 tablespoons butter. Add onion (or onion powder) and cook for about 30 seconds. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and sugar. Blend well.
