Scalloped Potatoes and Ham (4/11/2014)

Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

5 cups peeled russet potatoes, thinly sliced
1 small onion, sliced thin
1 can Cream of chicken, celery or mushroom soup
1 can chicken or turkey gravy
1 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
2 ½ cups diced cooked ham
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375-degrees F.

Stir soup, gravy, sour cream, milk, and ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese in a bowl.

Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Layer half the potatoes, onion, ham, and soup mixture in dish. Repeat layers. Cover with foil.

Bake for 40-45 minutes. Uncover and bake 25-30 minutes longer. Top with cheese and bake 5-10 minutes longer, or until potatoes are tender and cheese melts. Let stand 10 minutes, and serve.
