Pubhouse Battered Cod Sandwiches with Cheese (2/28/2014)

2 lbs. Pubhouse Battered Cod Fillets
1 head of lettuce
2 tomatoes, sliced
American cheese slices
Mose's Fish Shop Tarter sauce
Hamburger Buns (toasted)


Heat oven to 425-degrees F. Coat a large cookie sheet with cooking spray. Place fillet's on cookie sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Toast hamburger buns while fish cooks.


Simply put some lettuce on the bun, then a slice of tomato, add a cod fillet, then top with a slice of American cheese. Spread some Mose's tarter sauce on top bun, and cap off the cod sandwich. Enjoy!
