In & Out BBQ Baby Back Ribs

4 racks Baby Back Ribs
1 bottle Wundoemus spice
1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce

Remove membrane from ribs. Season generously on all sides with Wun-doe-mus spice. Refrigerate 6-8 hours. Turn occasionally.

When ready to cook, remove ribs from refrigerator and let come to room temperature. Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Place ribs in a large roasting pan, and, cover bottom with water. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours.

Brush grill grate with oil. Heat grill to medium heat. Add ribs to grill and cook 5-10 minutes per side. Brush with your favorite BBQ sauce and serve.

(the reason I'm calling them "In & Out" bbq ribs is, you start them inside in the oven, then, move them outside to the grill).
