Cubano Hot Dogs (5/24/2013)

Cubano Hot Dogs

Pork or Beef Hot dogs
Hot dog buns, split
Yellow or Dijon Mustard
1 4-ounce can diced green chilies, drained
Deli Ham, sliced thin
Thin sliced Swiss Cheese
1 jar pickle spears

Heat grill to medium heat. Cut hot dogs open lengthwise and open them up like a book. Grill them until crispy on both sides.

Preheat oven broiler.

Top buns with a slice of ham, a slice of swiss cheese. Place on a baking sheet and place under the broiler until the cheese is melted. Top with a hot dog, and fill the crevice with a pickle spear, add some diced green chilies and mustard.
