Country Pork and Mushrooms (4/5/2013)

Country Pork with Mushrooms

3-4 lbs. Country Style-Pork Ribs
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 4 oz. cans sliced mushrooms, drained
½ tsp. salt
2 envelopes mushroom gravy mix
1 onion, sliced
½ tsp. pepper
½ tsp. sweet paprika

Combine soup, mushroom, salt, pepper, gravy, onion, and paprika in a crock pot. Add country style ribs. Cover, and cook on low 7-8 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes and your favorite vegetable, or over egg noodles.
