Chili-Lime Chicken Kabobs

½ cup Olive or Vegetable oil
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 limes, juiced
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt & Pepper to taste
2-3 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 ½ inch pieces

In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, and lime juice. Stir in chili, onion, and garlic powders, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken to large resealable plastic bag and add chili-lime mixture. Seal tightly and cover to coat chicken. Place in refrigerator and turn every so often. Refrigerate for 3-8 hours.

Lightly oil grill grate. Preheat grill for medium cooking. Thread chicken onto skewers, and discard marinade.

Grill skews 10-15 minutes, turning a couple of times.
