Bacon and dried Beef Wrapped Chicken Breasts


6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 2.5 oz. pkgs. dried beef
12 slices bacon
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained


Wrap a couple of strips of bacon around each chicken breast and secure with a toothpick if necessary. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Layer dried beef slices on bottom of baking dish and place chicken in pan. Mix sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, and mushrooms in a bowl, and pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered in a 300-degree F oven for 2 hours.
