Slow Cooker Cajun Shrimp Bowl

1 lb. pkg. Shrimp, shelled and deveined (thawed if frozen)
1/2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 green bell pepper, chopped
7 oz. chicken broth
7 oz. clam juice
6 oz. long grain rice
1/4 cup water
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon hot sauce
2 14 oz. cans diced tomatoes with juice

To a large slow cooker, add Cajun seasoning, rice, garlic, water, onion, bell pepper, chicken broth, clam juice, and tomatoes with juice. Cover and cook on low heat 5-6 hours. Add shrimp to slow cooker and continue cooking for 15 minutes on high heat. Stir in hot sauce and serve.
