Polish Sausage and Barbecued Beans


4 15 oz. cans Great Northern White Beans, rinsed and drained
3 15 oz. cans Black beans, rinsed and drained
1 large onion, chopped
5-6 slices crisp bacon, broken into pieces
1 bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce
½ cup brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons ground mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 teaspoons chili powder
1 2 ½ lb. package Cavanaugh's Polish Sausage, cut into pieces


Spray a 5-6 quart crock-pot with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients, except sausage, in crock-pot. Place sausage atop bean mixture. Cover and cook on low 6-7 hours.
