Ashley's Taco Dip (9/1/2006)

Ashley's Taco Dip

Ingredients:

1 lb. Ground Beef
8 oz. Cream Cheese
8 oz. Sour Cream
1 pkg. Taco Seasoning
2 Cups Shredded Chedder Cheese
Lowry's Seasoning Salt
Salt
Pepper

Preperation:

Brown and season ground beef with salt, pepper and Lowry's to taste. While beef is browing, mix cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning. When mixed well, spread onto serving tray. Drain ground beef. Top spread with beef and cheese. Refrigerate until served. Enjoy. Serve with tortilla chips.

Variation:

I added 1/2 tsp. Chili powder, 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder and 1/2 tsp. Cayenne pepper to ground beef while browing and garnished beef & cheese with fresh chopped tomatoes and sliced black olives.
