Popover Pizza Casserole

1 lb. ground Turkey
1 lb. Italian Sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp. Garlic Salt
2 14 oz. jars pizza sauce
1 4oz. can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
2 eggs
1 cup Milk
1 tablespoon vegetable Oil
1 cup all-purpose flour
8 slices mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

In a large skillet, cook ground turkey, Italian sausage, onion, bell pepper, and garlic salt until meat is browned and vegetables are tender. Drain off excess fat.

Add pizza sauce, mushrooms, and Italian seasoning into meat mixture. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In a medium bowl, combine eggs, milk, and oil. Beat with mixer on medium for 1 minute. Add flour; beat about 1 minute more or until smooth.

Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Add meat mixture to dish in an even layer. Arrange mozzarella cheese on top of meat. Pour topping over mozzarella cheese and meat, covering completely. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in a 425-degree F oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until topping is puffed and golden brown.
