Slow Cooker Pork Back Ribs

3 racks Cremer's Extra Meaty Pork Back Ribs
1 package Cremer's BBQ Seasoning mix
1 container Cremer's BBQ Sauce

Rub the racks of ribs with BBQ seasoning mix on both sides. Place in the refrigerator and let rest for 3-4 hours.

Heat oven to 400-degrees. Place ribs on shallow baking pan and brown in oven 15-20 minutes, turn and continue browning another 15-20 minutes. Drain fat. Cut ribs to fit slow cooker, and place in slow cooker standing on edge, meaty side out. Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours, remove cover and coat ribs with BBQ sauce. Replace lid and continue cooking for another 1-2 hours or until tender. Remove from slow cooker and let rest 5 minutes. Cut into serving size portions and enjoy!
