Herb Baked Salmon (3/18/2011)

Herb Baked Salmon


4 cloves garlic, minced
8 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
2 tsp. dried basil
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ground black pepper
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1/2 tsp. dill
4 8 oz. salmon fillets


In a medium glass bowl, mix together garlic, oil, basil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, lemon pepper, and dill. Place salmon fillets in a large glass baking dish or bowl, and pour marinade mixture over all. Marinate in refrigerator about 1 hour, turning occasionally.


Preheat oven to 375-degrees F.


Place fillets in aluminum foil, and seal. Place sealed salmon in the large glass dish or baking pan, and bake 35-45 minutes, or until easily flaked with a fork.
