Tasty Tater Tot Casserole

1 32 oz. bag frozen Tater Tots
1 ½ lb. ground beef
½ tsp. Crèmer's Rub me tender
1 tablespoon Worchester sauce
1 tsp. onion powder
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
¼ cup milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 14.5 oz. Cans mixed vegetables, drained
1 8 oz. container sour cream
½ tsp. kitchen bouquet
¾ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper

Brown ground beef, ½ tsp. Rub me tender, Worchester sauce and onion powder in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain off excess fat. Stir in mushroom soup, celery soup, milk, 1 cup cheese, mixed vegetables, sour cream, kitchen bouquet, salt and pepper. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Add meat mixture to dish. Top with tater tots. Bake at 350-degrees F for 45. Top with remaining cheese and return to oven 5-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes. Serve.
