Golden Chicken (7/18/2006)

Boneless skinless Chicken Breasts (4)
Swiss cheese (4 slices)
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
¼ Cup Mayonnaise
¼ Cup White Wine
½-1 Cup Crushed Herb Flavored Crutons (Pepperidge Farms)
Cooking spray
Aluminum foil


Preheat over to 300-degrees. Coat 9 x 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Place Chicken breasts in dish. Place slices of cheese on each breast. In a medium mixing bowl combine: soup, juice, mayo and wine. Pour over cheese & chicken. Sprinkle with croutons. Cover pan with aluminum foil.

Bake for 1 ½ hours.
