Barbecue Beef Bubble Pizza (8/27/2010)

Barbecue Beef Bubble Pizza


3 packages (7.5 oz. each) refrigerated Buttermilk biscuits (quartered)
1 ½ cups Cremer's Barbecue sauce or your favorite sauce
2-3 cups Cremer's shredded Barbecue Beef for sandwiches or leftover roast beef,
sliced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Preheat oven to 350-degrees F. In a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish, arrange biscuit pieces to cover the bottom of pan. Spread the barbecue sauce over the biscuits, add the shredded barbecue beef, then top with the mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until sides are golden brown. Let cool five minutes. Cut and serve.

You can pick up a 3 pound pan of Cremer's Barbecue Beef this week for $4.99 lb. It's frozen. Simple cut off about a pound of it, thaw it in the refrigerator until your ready to bake your pizza and return the remaining 2 pounds to the freeze for future use.
