Spaghetti Pie (4/23/2010)

Spaghetti Pie

12 oz. Spaghetti noodles, broken, cooked and drained
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated or shredded
1 stick butter, melted
3 eggs, beaten
2 cups sour cream
2 lbs. hamburger
32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 cloves minced garlic
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Cook and drain spaghetti noodles as directed on package. Spray a 9 x 13-inch dish with cooking spray. Add noodles, parmesan cheese, melted butter and beaten eggs. Stir and press into the bottom of the dish.

Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain. Add spaghetti sauce, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic. Heat until warmed through.

Spread 2 cups sour cream over the top of the noodles in dish. Now cover with hamburger and spaghetti sauce mixture. Cover with shredded mozzarella cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350-degrees F for 30 minutes. Remove foil and return to oven and bake an additional 15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Let rest 5-10 minutes before cutting and serving.
