Crock Pot Meatloaf (12/4/2009)

Crock Pot Meatloaf

4 eggs
1 ½ cups milk
1 ¼ cup seasoned bread crumbs
4 teaspoons dried minced onion
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon rubbed sage
3 pounds ground beef

½ cup Ketchup
4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well (mixture will be moist). Spray inside of crock pot with cooking spray. Shape meat mixture into a round loaf. Place in a 5-quart crock pot. Cover and cook on low 6-7 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160-degrees F.

In a medium bowl, whisk the ketchup, brown sugar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon over meatloaf. Cover and cook an additional 15-30 minutes, until heated through. Let rest 15 minutes before slicing.
