Mike's Mom's Ham & Cheese Strata

16 slices white bread, remove crusts and cube bread
1 lb. Cubed Ham
4 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 ½ cups shredded Swiss cheese
6 eggs
3 cups Milk
½ tsp. Onion powder
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
½ tsp. Dry mustard

Topping:

3 cups Crushed Corn Flakes
½ cup melted butter

Spray a 9 x 13" baking pan with cooking spray. Spread one half of cubed bread crumbs in bottom of pan. Distribute ham and cheese evenly over bread. Cover with remaining bread. In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk, onion powder and dry mustard. Pour over bread mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. The next day, remove from refrigerator one half hour before baking. Preheat oven to 375-degrees F. Combine corn flakes and melted butter. Sprinkle
over top prior to baking. Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest 10 minutes before cutting.
