Leftover Turkey Vegetable Chowder

2 tablespoons butter
1 cup chopped onion
3 carrots, sliced
2 stalks celery, diced
1 14 oz. Can Chicken Broth
1 14 oz. Can Vegetable Broth
3/4 cups water
8 medium red potatoes, cubed
4 cups milk
1 2.6 oz. Pkg. McCormick Original Country gravy mix
4 cups cooked turkey, cubed
1 tsp. Black pepper
1 can (15 oz..) whole kernel corn, undrained
1 teaspoon sage, rubbed

Melt butter in a large dutch oven. Add onion, carrots and celery. Cook and stir 7-10 minutes. Add broth, water and potatoes. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir milk into gravy mix until smooth. Stir into saucepan. Add turkey, pepper, corn and sage. Bring to boil on medium heat. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Makes 4 ½ quarts
